The Role & Daily Flow

As an Account Executive (1099 Commission Closer), you will own the full sales cycle targeting Nebraska small businesses and service providers:

• Local Outreach & Territory Prospecting: Connect directly with owners of plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, automotive, and professional service companies throughout Nebraska and remotely nationwide.
• Live In-Person & Remote Demos: Walk local owners through live AI call simulations and showcase high-converting website designs.
• Instant Deal Closing: Close transactions on the spot using direct Stripe hosted checkout links for one-time builds and recurring subscriptions.
• Long-Term Client Equity: Retain ongoing residual income on every recurring subscription in your book of business.

Uncapped Compensation & Dual Revenue Streams

Earn immediate upfront cash commissions on package launches plus compounding monthly recurring residuals:

• Upfront Project Cash: Earn 20% to 25% upfront commission on one-time build packages ($200–$250 on Website Launches, $400–$500 on Website+DBO bundles, $600–$750 on Full Suite bundles).
• 35% Upfront Monthly Residuals (Years 1 & 2): Earn 35% of all recurring subscription revenue generated across your first 24 months ($129/mo Phone & $99/mo DBO).
• 20% Lifetime Recurring Residuals (Year 3+): Retain 20% ongoing monthly recurring revenue for as long as your accounts remain active.
• Compounding Growth: Closing just 4 websites and 6 monthly subscriptions per month builds an income stream exceeding $7,500/month by month 12 ($90,000/yr baseline), scaling to $120,000–$140,000+ in Year 2.
• Realistic First-Year OTE: $65,000 – $140,000+ (uncapped).
